DELIVERY
After placing your order, you will automatically receive an email from silverandmineralswith your order confirmation.
(We often see at Gmail that this mail ends up at the SPAM or unwanted, check that folder if you have not received the mail) When we have packed your package and it has been handed over to PostNL, you will receive an email with your Track & Trace code. The products are usually sent within 2 days but at most within 7 days after receipt of payment (barring special circumstances, such as busy periods such as around Black Friday and public holidays) The shipping costs in the Netherlands for letterbox packages are 3.95, the larger packages are 6.95.
The shipping costs to Belgium are 5.95. This is always sent as a large package, unfortunately it is not possible for us to send letterbox packages to Belgium.
Wiezewasjes always sends with a Track & Trace code. With the T&T code we can always trace where your package is and help if something went wrong. Wiezewasjes is not responsible for delays sustained by PostNL due to strikes, busy holidays or other circumstances.
